• Plan and design drilling programs, including well trajectory, casing design, and mud systems

• Supervise drilling operations on‑site or remotely, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage drilling contracts and suppliers, overseeing equipment performance and service quality.
• Analyze drilling data, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce non‑productive time.
• Conduct post‑drilling analysis and prepare detailed reports on drilling performance and costs.
• Ensure all drilling activities comply with environmental regulations and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience as a Drilling Engineer
