Project Communications & Relations

Manage project-related communications with external stakeholders, including local government, communities, and partners

Coordinate and support external meetings, site visits, and official correspondence

Prepare communication materials such as reports, presentations, briefing notes, and announcements

Support community relations activities and ensure alignment with project objectives

Assist project management in maintaining positive relationships with external parties

Ensure all communications comply with company policies and project protocols

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience
, preferably in mining, construction, or infrastructure projects

Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Strong written communication, reporting, and presentation skills

Good interpersonal and coordination abilities with multiple stakeholders

Willing to be stationed at project site in Pohuwato, Gorontalo

Experience working with government or local communities is a strong advantage

Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
