• Source and select electrical material suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery performance.
• Request, evaluate, and compare supplier quotations to ensure competitiveness.
• Prepare procurement documents and issue Purchase Orders (PO).
• Monitor material deliveries and follow up on outstanding orders
  .
• Handle Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) with suppliers when required.
• Maintain procurement records and activities in the SAP system
  .
• Ensure procurement processes comply with company procedures and standards.

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering
  .
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (electrical or industrial background preferred).
• Strong understanding of electrical materials and components
  .
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
  , especially Excel
  .
• Able to communicate effectively in English
  , both written and spoken.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic leadership skills are an advantage.
