Project Control

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Control professional to join our dynamic team at PT Spektra Solusindo. In this full-time role based in South Tangerang, Banten, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating the delivery of complex engineering projects. As a Project Control specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our strategic initiatives through effective planning, scheduling, and cost management.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as HVAC and MEP Supervisor.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including scheduling, cost control, and risk management
• Proficiency in using project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera, to develop and maintain project plans and reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project-related issues
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices.

• Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and identify potential risks or issues
• Monitoring project performance against defined goals and timelines, providing regular updates and recommendations to project stakeholders
• Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient completion of project deliverables
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance project control and reporting capabilities
• Providing expert advice and guidance to project managers and team members on project control best practices
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including cost reports, progress tracking, and lessons learned
