Well Integrity Project Coordinator

Lead projects execution to ensure the services are delivered and customer's requirements are fulfilled.

Ensure equipment, tools and spare parts are available and ready for customer's inspection.

Ensure good inventory management on project equipment and tools.

Coordinate project incoming and pre‑shipment inspection to ensure that the parts are delivered correctly and per scheduled.

Coordinate personnel arrangement with internal and customers.

Review Crews daily reports, highlights and follow up as necessary.’

Report and provide solutions for any corrective action required per field report.

Lead and ensure the Pre Job and Post Job meetings are held and documented.

Review the correctness of crew's time sheet, consumables report and other supporting documents for invoicing before submission to AR in a timely manner.

Prepare Monthly, AAR and SQM Report.

Attend customers' project, AAR, and SQM Meeting.

Support tender and purchasing department for any technical related queries, such as equipment/parts/tools specification description in tender or RFQ, supplier recommendation, cost estimation of a job, etc.

Involve and actively participate in HSE activities.

• D3 (Diploma) with minimum 3 years mechanical/other technical experience or senior high school/equivalent with minimum 5 years working experience in oil and gas industries.
• Have knowledge on well integrity technique, valves inspection, testing and maintenance.
• Have good leadership.
• Have sufficient capability in English.
• Familiar with MS Word and Excel.
• Working knowledge of X‑Mas Tree / Wellhead Maintenance and Repair.
• Knowing the ISO/API specification, Wellhead Integrity practical application is an advantage.

• Incumbent performs the jobs based on QSP (Quality Support Procedure) or LWI (Local Work Instruction).
• Incumbent also creates guidance to group team for achieving objectives.
• Incumbent is required to coordinate with Logistic for delivery process to fulfil customer's operation in terms of agreement/contract.

Time divided in the client / employers office and shop environment.
