Electrical and Instrumentation Manager

• Lead and manage the electrical and instrumentation team, including engineers, technicians, and support staff.
• Develop and implement training programs for team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Oversee scheduling and resource allocation while preparing and executing predictive and preventive maintenance (PDM & PM) activities for electrical and instrumentation tasks.
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies for electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems to minimize downtime and ensure reliable operation.
• Supervise the installation, calibration, and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and instrumentation issues, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Ensure E&I systems comply with safety standards through regular audits and corrective actions.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Monitor Operation budget and KPI.
• Collaborate with cross functional and HQ team for implementation of company maintenance Program.

Requirements
:

• Proven experience (typically 10-15 years) in electrical and instrumentation management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the palm oil industry, exposure to power plant E&I system.
• Experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and other industrial control technologies.
• Any certification for HV operations will be added value.
• Willing to work from Mon - Fri and alternate Sat (half day) with no roster system.
