LEAD MAINTENANCE ENGINEER - PROJECT BASED HIRE Job Description

• Lead maintenance activities for gathering station systems
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans
• Ensure compliance with oil & gas standards and HSE requirements
• Coordinate with operations and engineering teams to ensure asset reliability
• Provide technical leadership and support to maintenance teams
• Analyze equipment issues and recommend improvement actions
• Support commissioning, start-up, and operational readiness of oil & gas facilities

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of experience in oil and gas projects
• Strong knowledge of gathering station commissioning, maintenance and operations activities
• Experience in leading maintenance teams and contractors
• Familiar with oil & gas codes, standards, and HSE practices
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
