CNC Service Engineer

Overview

• Candidate must posses at least Diploma in Engineering (Mechatronics/Electronic/Electrical Engineering)
• 2-3 years in Machinery industry such as Sales/ Service engineer is preferred
• Able to use various electrical measuring instrument (Multimeter, hicoder, Meger,etc)
• Able to read and understand electric circuit diagram
• Good problem analytical & solving skill
• Proactive and takes initiative in group problem-solving
• Good interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with colleagues
• Willing to work after office hour & weekend

• Responsible for overall service & engineering department’s operation for NC product (NC, Servo/ spindle drive, motor) to achieve desire customer satisfaction to meet company’s and division goals and objectives
• Provide technical support to all customer, dealer & machine maker
• BU management job such as (customer windows account, internal management)
• Handles customer complaints, problem-solving, and performs sales and service functions.
• Provides engineering information/ support/ training to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support to supervisor and colleague in regular reporting before and after service job
