** Responsibilities:
**** Program Overview
** The Engineering Trainee Program is a structured 12-month development program designed to equip fresh graduates with strong technical and leadership capabilities. The program begins with 1 month of classroom training in Dumai, followed by 11 months of on-the-job training across assigned operational sites (Dumai, Balikpapan, Padang, and Marunda), including involvement in a Continuous Improvement Project.

Upon successful completion, participants will be placed as permanent staff and are required to serve a two-year bonding period at their assigned location.

** Job Responsibilities
*** Participate in structured classroom and on-site training programs to develop core engineering competencies
* · Support daily operational activities and ensure alignment with company standards in safety, quality, and productivity
* Engage in cross-functional projects to gain exposure to end-to-end business processes
* Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives
* Analyze operational data and provide insights for efficiency and performance enhancement
* Collaborate with supervisors and mentors to achieve individual development goals
* Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and learning outcomes
** Job Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00 or a Master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.25 (fresh graduates or have a maximum of 2 years of work experience).
* Majors:
Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Chemical Engineering
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Passionate about the palm oil industry and eager to learn
* Open to relocation for career advancement
