Unit Head – Regulatory System Engineering Key Responsibilities
- Lead data engineering team for regulatory systems
- Design and manage data pipelines for regulatory reporting systems
- Ensure accurate data sourcing, transformation, and aggregation from core banking systems
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from multiple banking systems
- Manage data warehouse or regulatory data mart used for reporting
- ETL tools:
Informatica, Data Stage, Talend, Airflow - Experience supporting regulatory reporting systems and knowledge in LBUT, SLIK, RWA, PSAK, etc.
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data platform roles, preferably in financial services or banking
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Technology
