Quality Control Supervisor - Ndt Level 3

TRIPATRA is looking QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR - NDT LEVEL 3 for project based agreement Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate NDT and QC inspection activities at site in accordance with procedures, codes, and standards.
• Review, verify, and approve NDT procedures, ITPs, method statements, and inspection reports.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to NDT Inspectors and Technicians.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Client, and Third-Party Inspectors regarding quality and inspection activities.
• Ensure implementation of QA/QC systems and compliance with ASNT/ISO/PCN, ASME, API, AWS, and project specifications.
• Support internal and external quality audits
• Perform continual improvement and active in Preventive Action Program

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Marine/Naval, or equivalent).
• At least ten (10) years experience in the offshore or onshore oil and gas project with broad technical experience in NDE Inspection including structural deck, pipeline, piping package, offshore installation, shipbuilding and steel construction;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC management and coordination of quality activities within Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Start-up and/or Operations of projects offshore and onshore, and various facilities in the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Formal quality assurance and auditor/assessor training is preferred;
• Having a valid certification of NDT (ASNT/ISO/PCN) Level 3 four method (RI/MT/PT/UT);
• Willing to be placed in Head Office, Site and Fabrication
