Project Manager of Green Building

Education:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Environmental Engineer, Architecture, Civil, or related field

Experience:

at least 3 years in Green Building, Sustainability, and Energy Efficiency

In-depth knowledge of Green Building Certification, Sustainability, Building Construction, Carbon reduction, Energy Efficiency

Solid understanding of national and international green building and energy-related policies and standards (Regulation, SNI, etc)

Proficiency in both Indonesian and English.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Initiative, adaptability, and strong teamwork skills.

Strong in analytical thinking and problem-solving

Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline

Competency certificate in Green Building is highly desirable

Develop project plans, including timelines and deliverables.

Lead and coordinate with the project team, maintaining clear communication with clients.

Monitor project milestones to ensure deliverables align with sustainability goals and regulatory standards.

Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to budget and schedule.

Conduct monitoring and evaluation throughout project implementation.

Analyze Green Building Certification Assessment, including building energy performance, sustainable design, material selection, MEP system, and building operational procedure.

Produce and present comprehensive project reports in both Indonesian and English.

Willingness to travel for business trips.
