We are Hiring Project Based for CONSTRUCTION REPRESENTATIVE / COMPANY VESSEL / COMPANY AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE Job Description
- Act as the Client's representative onboard offshore construction and installation vessels.
- Monitor offshore activities to ensure compliance with approved procedures, project specifications, and HSE requirements.
- Witness and verify critical offshore operations, including:
Transportation & Installation (T&I), SURF (Subsea, Umbilicals, Risers, and Flowlines) installation, Heavy lifting operations, Subsea installation campaigns and Pipeline and umbilical installation activities - Coordinate and maintain effective communication between the Client, Contractor, vessel crew, subcontractors, and onshore project teams.
- Prepare and submit daily offshore progress reports and operational updates.
- Identify, assess, and escalate operational risks, technical issues, and schedule deviations.
- Promote and reinforce a strong safety culture throughout offshore operations.
- Ensure marine construction and installation activities are executed in accordance with project HSE standards and contractual requirements.
- Participate in risk assessments, toolbox talks, SIMOPS reviews, and other offshore safety meetings.
- Support the successful execution of offshore installation campaigns while maintaining operational efficiency and project quality.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in offshore Oil & Gas EPC/EPCI projects.
- Proven experience in offshore construction, installation, and execution activities.
- Hands‑on experience in Transportation & Installation (T&I), SURF (Subsea, Umbilicals, Risers, and Flowlines) projects and Offshore construction and installation campaigns
- Good understanding of offshore installation vessels, marine operations, and offshore construction methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of offshore HSE practices, permit‑to‑work systems, and SIMOPS.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willing to work offshore on rotational assignments.
- Experience with major offshore installation contractors is an advantage.
- Exposure to deepwater and subsea development projects is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Company Representative, Client Vessel Representative (CVR), Offshore Supervisor, Marine Representative, Field Engineer, Installation Engineer, or similar offshore roles is an advantage.
- Strong safety leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
