Automation Engineering – System Engineer at Recruited For You, Kota Tangerang Selatan , Banten, Indonesia.

Recruited For You is a consulting and engineering services company focusing on engineering design, technical support, electrical & instrumentation, project coordination, and system implementation for industrial projects. The company works on Oil & Gas, industrial systems, and data centers with a practical, hands‑on, project‑oriented approach.

The System Engineer is responsible for configuration, programming, testing, and implementation of industrial automation and control systems across the project lifecycle – development, testing, commissioning, and on‑site implementation – and provides technical support throughout the project.

• Configure and program systems according to project requirements.
• Program PLC and HMI for industrial automation and control systems.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting prior to implementation.
• Integrate systems following design and technical requirements.
• Support commissioning, testing, and on‑site implementation.
• Prepare technical documentation and system configuration.
• Provide remote or on‑site support as needed.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• At least three years of experience in Industrial Automation or Control Systems.
• Experience with PLC/HMI from Honeywell, Siemens, Rockwell (Allen Bradley), or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in PLC programming, HMI configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in commissioning or site support is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for business and on‑site assignments ranging from one week to one month.
• Good health condition and willingness to undergo medical screening.
