Process Engineer; Oleo

• Lead process improvement initiatives for the Oleochemicals plant, especially Fatty Alcohol to enhance production efficiency, product yield, quality, energy utilization, and cost performance.
• Analyze process data, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization projects to improve plant reliability and operational excellence.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on process deviations and recurring issues, and develop sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive process modifications, debottlenecking, and technology improvement projects while ensuring compliance with HSE, process safety, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to monitor KPIs, standardize best practices, and deliver continuous improvement across plant operations.

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Process Engineer in an Oleo chemical environment, with direct exposure to Fatty Alcohol production
  .
• Strong knowledge of Fatty Alcohol processes, including hydrogenation, distillation, process optimization, debottlenecking, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experienced in root cause analysis (RCA), process safety, MOC, HAZOP, and process engineering documentation (PFD/P&, SOP).
• Strong analytical and project management skills with proficiency in process simulation/data analysis tools (e.g., Aspen Plus/HYSYS, PI System); SAP knowledge is an advantage.
