Job opportunity for Project Estimator at Global Multipro Technology in KOTA TANGERANG SELATAN, BANTEN, Indonesia.
Responsibilities- Melakukan analisa gambar kerja dan spesifikasi teknis Audio Visual Lighting.
- Menyusun estimasi biaya project, BOQ, dan RAP berdasarkan kebutuhan project.
- Menghitung kebutuhan material, equipment, serta volume pekerjaan sesuai gambar kerja.
- Membuat dan merevisi gambar kerja menggunakan AutoCAD.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Sales, Project, Purchasing, Vendor, dan Principal untuk mendukung proses tender maupun pelaksanaan project.
- Memastikan estimasi biaya dan dokumen project tersusun secara akurat dan tepat waktu.
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Elektro, Teknik Informatika, Teknik Industri, Arsitektur, atau jurusan terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Estimator, Drafter, atau Project Engineer di bidang Audio Visual Lighting, ELV, atau System Integrator.
- Mahir menggunakan AutoCAD dan Microsoft Excel.
- Memahami penyusunan BOQ, RAP, cost estimation, serta mampu membaca gambar teknik.
- Teliti, komunikatif, dan mampu bekerja dalam tenggat waktu.

Green Lake City, Tangerang (Project sites as needed)
