Role and MissionYour Mission: As Regional Process Specialist, your key mission is to support the Regional Supply Chain Organization with process expertise. This includes deep diving into processes to achieve continuous improvements. It also includes being a process expert to facilitate rolling out e.g. M3, TMS, & WMS. Once these systems have been rolled out, your task is to ensure the process adherence in the regional organization.
As a Regional Process Specialist, you will act as the link between the Global Process Specialists and the Regional users. This means providing concrete feedback on processes and provide improvement suggestions to the global team. It also means providing training and support to the regional user teams.
In this role, the focus will be on improving the processes, not just fixing the individual items behind the problem.
