Project Manager (Thermal Power Plant Project)

Lead, mentor, and line manage Project Coordinators by providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective project management standards and delivery.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards while complying with client processes and internal SOPs.

Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, risks, issues, resources, and change management processes using Microsoft Project or similar tools.

Build, coordinate, and motivate cross-functional and matrix-based teams, including internal and external resources, to achieve project objectives efficiently.

Support the development and execution of annual plans and contribute actively as part of the Program Management Team to drive continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma of Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Minimum 15 years of experience related to project management in Thermal Power Plant projects

Strong experience in Boiler or Engine projects (PLTU)

PMP certification is a plus

Attention to detail and good communication skill
