Key Responsibilities
- Design and integrate robotic systems for KUKA spot welding, arc welding, and door cover edge welding applications.
- Perform robot teaching, path simulation, and offline/online path programming.
- Develop robot control programs, set PLC signal interactions, and design emergency stop interlocks.
- Design robot-to-PLC communication, and select appropriate robot hardware, payload, and reach/accessibility.
- Coordinate signal interfacing between robots and welding machines, including equipment communication and synchronization.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and maintenance support for robotic systems.
- Follow and implement company safety, quality, and process requirements throughout all project stages.
- Minimum of Diploma Degree in Robotic Engineer
- 1-3 years of similar working experience
- Proficient in English
