Matcha Talent seeks a Lead Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) to serve as the primary technical authority for HVAC systems on multiple projects in Indonesia. You will act as the Engineer-in-Charge, ensuring energy-efficient, constructible designs that meet Indonesian codes and pass PBG/SLF approvals.
You will prepare calculations, ducting layouts, and technical specs, collaborate with stakeholders, review on-site drawings, and guide junior engineers to maintain high engineering standards.
