Marine Project Engineer; Shipbuilding​/Ship Repair

Lead technical execution of shipbuilding, repair, conversion, retrofit, and maintenance projects. Coordinate shipyards, contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.

• Plan and supervise dry-docking, repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities
• Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, work scopes, and reports
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and technical progress
• Ensure compliance with IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, and class requirements
• Support procurement and technical evaluation of marine equipment and materials
• Identify technical issues and recommend practical engineering solutions
• Coordinate shipyards, contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture from a reputable university
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in shipbuilding, ship repair, vessel maintenance, or marine engineering projects
• Good understanding of ship structures, propulsion, machinery, and marine systems
• Experience with dry-docking or shipyard projects is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to speak and write in English
• Willing to travel to shipyards, vessels, and project sites
• Willing to relocate to the Project Site
