Tax Supervisor

Midplaza Holding is seeking a talented Tax Supervisor to join our team at one of our business units, PT Midplaza Prima (Midplaza Building). As a Tax Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our tax processes and compliance are maintained to the highest standards. This full‑time position will see you working in our dynamic office in Sudirman, Jakarta.

• Ensure timely and accurate calculation, preparation, and filing of monthly and annual tax returns (SPT) for income tax and VAT.
• Maintain updated knowledge of tax regulations and ensure company compliance.
• Ensure tax filings and payments are completed on time before statutory deadlines.

• Provide advice on tax implications of business transactions and company policies.
• Support tax optimization strategies in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Calculate and prepare fiscal projections on a monthly and annual basis.

• Manage tax audits and coordinate responses to tax authorities.
• Maintain and organize tax records, supporting documents, and compliance files.
• Perform reconciliations between financial statements and tax reports.

• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate tax data and reporting.
• Manage and collaborate effectively with internal and external auditors.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Brevet A & B certification is required; additional professional tax certifications (e.g., Certified Tax Consultant) are an advantage.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in tax compliance and tax audits, including at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Proficient in Coretax (mandatory), accounting systems/ERP, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
