Location: Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta
Assist the Employee Benefits Consulting Team with actuarial modelling, data validation, projections, and related research for client projects.
Your RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Develop and analyze calculation basis from members data, financial data, plan benefit policies, and proposals for actuarial assumptions.
- Develop and prepare actuarial modelling and projections.
- Collaborate with other team members, including senior consultants, to resolve client issues and prepare presentations for actuarial reports.
- Prepare project documentation in accordance with guidelines and approved principles.
- Communicate and build strong business relationships with clients.
- Prepare actuarial reports as required.
- Stay updated on pension regulations.
- Assist with desk research related to projects conducted by the Consultant Team.
- Support the Consultants team as required.
- Act in accordance with Company Procedures, Ethics, Code of Conduct, and Practice Standards, demonstrating the highest compliance.
- Complete relevant tasks assigned by the Superior.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or Actuarial Science with a minimum GPA of 3.5;
Master’s Degree is a plus. - Good understanding of MS Office, with strong knowledge in MS Excel and Macro.
- Strong time management, quantitative, and analytical skills.
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa.
- Organized, able to prioritize, and possess a sense of urgency.
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work both individually and in a team.
- Completion of at least 3 Actuarial Exams (PAI or equivalent) is a value added.
- 0-3 years of experience in Actuarial Discipline; consulting industry exposure is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome.
