** Investment Management Activities
*** Manage and analyze financial information relating to specific companies, e.g. a new set of accounts, profit and loss and cash flow statements.
* Manage regular meetings with the management of the companies, sometimes at their premises, e.g. to discuss issues arising from the accounts.
* Initiate and execute all capital market transactions
* Deliver recommendations and analysis, regarding financial instruments, innovation, investments and other strategic initiatives related to banking and financial industry
* Measure and evaluates ROI and trends that could affect company portfolio
* Keeping knowledge updated about economy, current financial news and financial
* Manage and maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate.#
** Financial Projects
*** Manage and monitor the project that related to financial activities (e.g. EDC machine procurement, etc.)
* Manage and monitor the timeline of financial projects
* Follow up the progress and result of those projects#
** Financial Report
*** Manage and monitor the report data (weekly, monthly, and annually)
* Report findings and discuss all activities to direct supervisor
* Prepare monthly report to be submitted to direct supervisor#
** Others
* ** Monitor and take corrective action in compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures
* Perform other tasks as instructed by superior
** Human Resources Management
*** Propose required training for self working enhancement
* Coach and propose training plan for staff / subordinate
** Financial Management**# §Propose annual budget for related area#
** General Requirement
*** Holder of Bachelor Degree (S1) in Economics / Accounting / Management Accounting / Business Administration#
** Work Exposure/ Experience
*** Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory level
** Or
* ** Minimum 7 years of working experience in related position
