Job Description:

The banking operations staff is responsible for the daily operational activities of MUFG Bank in Jakarta Branch, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently, minimizing risk, and maximizing quality of service. The role involves collating customer transaction documentation and processing daily Trade Loan, SBLC, and Bank Guarantee transactions accurately and in a timely manner in compliance with the bank’s standard operating procedures and prevailing regulations.

Deliver extraordinary service to internal and external customers to meet their expectations. Perform daily operations and various administrative tasks in accordance with internal procedures and manuals, as well as internal and BI regulations. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws, and regulations. Work in partnership with various departments for daily operations. Support any improvement projects to enhance operations quality.

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.25 (out of 4.00) or equivalent.
• Organizational experience and global exposure is a plus.
• Analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English, both written and verbal.
• ICC certification such as CSDG, CITF, or CSCF is preferable for this role.
• Knowledge of Banking & Finance, Credit Law & Regulation.
• Experience in Trade Finance is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
• Willingness to work hard and a team‑player orientation.
