Business Operations Strategy

We're looking for a team member to help drive the development, execution, and optimization of our multi-asset trading operations. This role spans crypto and futures (gold, silver, FX, indices) and works closely with our Exchange, OTC, Treasury, Product, and Tech teams. It's an ideal role for someone with strong trading or quantitative experience who wants to influence platform-level pricing, liquidity, and strategy.

• Support day-to-day trading operations and help maintain liquidity, pricing accuracy, and competitive spreads across all instruments
• Assist in developing, back‑testing, and refining trading strategies for crypto, FX, and commodity futures
• Monitor markets in real time to identify price discrepancies, arbitrage opportunities, and risk exposures
• Collaborate with Tech and Product teams to enhance pricing engines, automation workflows, and overall trading system reliability
• Perform commercial analytics, including revenue tracking, spread/commission optimization, volume analysis, and user behavior insights
• Support operations analytics such as hedging flow analysis, LP performance evaluation, treasury/settlement efficiency, and cost analysis
• Prepare daily and weekly reports covering trading performance, market developments, and risk highlights for internal stakeholders

• Proven experience in crypto, FX, commodities, or CFD trading (bank, broker, or exchange background preferred)
• Strong understanding of market mechanics across crypto, FX, and futures/commodities
• Solid analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable with data analysis (Excel/Python a strong plus)
• High attention to detail with strong execution discipline in fast‑moving market environments
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with trading, product, tech, and operations teams
• Strong communication skills in English
