Overview
Blue Sky Group is hiring:
Finance Director BLN - HO Jakarta.
- Lead financial transformation initiatives, including financial system transitions, operational restructuring, or integration projects.
- Provide strategic financial insights and leadership.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead and develop the finance team; communicate with stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or MBA in Finance
- 10+ years of proven experience in corporate finance
- Experience in business transformation and financial funding
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Accounting knowledge/experience preferred (corporate finance background with accounting knowledge)
- Willingness to travel based on project needs
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial management experience
