Finance Accounting & Tax Supervisor

Midplaza Holding is looking for a knowledgeable and detail‑oriented Finance Accounting & Tax Supervisor to join our finance team. In this role, you will supervise day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and provide accurate financial reporting for the organization. Your expertise in finance and tax will be essential to maintain the integrity of our financial data.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the accounting department.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the general ledger.
• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Assist in the implementation of financial systems and process improvements.
• Provide guidance and training to accounting staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on tax compliance
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively with others
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
