Job Description:

• Responsible for support and control function on operational activities for Finance, Accounting and Tax area, including Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, AP & AR management, Opex & Capex Management, Cashflow Management, Operational Finance Accounting Tax and SOP Guard
• Responsible for control and monitoring Finance Accounting & Tax team, including:
• Create and distribution invoice to Tenant and monitoring collection based on rental due date
• Make sure accounting process by accounting system
• Review data for PPH and SPT and create reconcile PPN and CIT calculation including SPT Badan
• Responsible for Financial Reporting, including Capex report based on timeline
• Support internal and external audit
• Make sure business process for Finance Accounting and Tax based on SOP

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in accounting discipline
• Having above 5 years of working experience in Finance, Accounting and Tax
• Having Tax Certificate minimum:
  Brevet A and B
• Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals, taxation and related laws including but not limited to transfer pricing, tax treaty, compensation and benefits.
• Having knowledge for accounting system
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia)
