Overview

About the position:
This position is critical to Disbursement of Our Credit Processes. The role ensures completeness of legal and execution of credit disbursement in accordance with the approval result and credit agreement.

• Verify the completeness of legal and administrative documents before credit disbursement
• Prepare disbursement instruction based on credit approval and limit provisions
• Ensure that each credit disbursement is in accordance with the approval result and credit agreement (both hard copies and soft copies)
• Distribute transaction evidence to other work units in accordance with established procedures
• Prepare regular reports and summaries related to asset status and transactions
• Implement risk management within the respective work unit in accordance with its area of responsibility

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of Credit Disbursement / Loan Operation
• Proficiency in core banking system AS400, MS Office, and familiarity with regulatory reporting standards and requirements

We exist to help and manage credit portfolios. We organize information to ensure that loans function efficiently. We manage the entire Tunaiku credit process. It’s our job to determine the borrower’s competency to utilize the funds to generate income and their ability to pay back principal and interest. We work with other departments to achieve all credit objectives within a defined timeframe.
