Finance Accounting Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Coordinate and assist in internal and external audits
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist with tax reporting
• Liaise with internal departments to support financial decision‑making
• Report directly to the Finance Manager and provide financial insights as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA is a plus)
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role
• Experience in manufacturing or public Accounting firm is an advantage (Auditor)
• Active in English writing, reading and listening
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and MS Excel for intermediate or advanced level
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong leadership and communication skills
