Location: South Tangerang
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Business
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Business Partnering roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Microsoft Access is a plus
- Solid understanding of PSAK (Indonesian GAAP), with exposure to international accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS)
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, scenario planning, and variance analysis
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud) is highly desirable
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link operational drivers to financial performance
- Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge, and communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
- Strong ethics and integrity, with an understanding of anti-bribery and compliance standards
- Lead and support financial planning cycles for the portfolio: budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning
- Prepare monthly performance review packs, including P&L, KPIs, productivity, and variance insights for Directors and Key Account Manager
- Provide financial challenge and advice to Commercial and Operations to ensure revenue, margin, and cash targets are met
- Track, monitor, and analyze cost efficiency initiatives across sites, including WFM execution and site productivity, including all gap closing plan
- Supporting company project, cleaning productivity and workforce management
- Translate operational drivers (manpower, OT, productivity gaps, bench, material usage) into actionable financial impacts
- Support transformation initiatives (digital finance tools, Power BI dashboard, standard templates, cost-to-serve analysis)
- Ensure the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in daily activities and within the team
- Ensure that all team members adhere to anti-bribery and ethical business practices in their daily work
