**** Job Purpose

** Main Responsibilities
*** Responsible in forecast submission monthly and yearly with main focus on gross margin and BMI
* Do gross margin variance analysis
* Manage and control BMI budgeting and operational
* Prepare strategic actual and forecast performance pack for local and global team
* Responsible for reporting excellence in PC Finance
* Responsible for performance reporting in Oral care and Deodorants
** Candidate Criteria
**** Experience & Qualification
*** Having FP&A or P&L forecasting would be benefit
* University degree, preferably on Finance, Accounting, or Management Major.
** Skill
* ** Strong critical and analytical thinking
* Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
* Exceptional communication skill both written and verbal
* Experience with ERP system
* Excellence knowledge on financial reporting, accounting principles, and compliance standard
* Strong leadership skill and can become mentor for other team members
* Ability to deal with big number and translate it into insight for various stakeholder
* Capability to adapt in high tension working environment
