Finance & Tax Specialist

PT SITO FAST INTERNATIONAL is seeking a skilled Finance & Tax professional to join our dynamic and fast-growing team in Tangerang, Banten. As an essential member of our Finance department, you will play a critical role in maintaining the company’s financial health, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. Your expertise will directly contribute to effective financial decision-making and the overall success of our organization.

• Preparing monthly and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow reports
• Managing company cash flow, payments, and general bookkeeping processes
• Handling corporate tax reporting, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, Corporate Income Tax, and VAT
• Ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and staying updated on the latest tax policies
• Managing e-Billing, e-Faktur, and e-SPT systems
• Conducting financial reconciliation and supporting internal and external audit processes
• Providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial operations

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance & Tax, ideally within retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, or service industries
• Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation and corporate financial processes
• Proficient in preparing financial reports and performing reconciliation
• Familiar with e-Billing, e-Faktur, and e-SPT systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a relevant field
• Detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, and responsible
• Able to work with tight deadlines and maintain high accuracy
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
