• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information System, Economic or Business
• Min 3-5 years’ experience in FP&A, data analytics, financial modelling or system/reporting roles
• Strong experience in Power BI, Automation or digital finance projects is strongly preferred
• Familiar with data analytic tools (Power BI, Tableau)

• Lead financial planning cycles including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning across all segments
• Prepare monthly consolidated performance packs including P&L, KPIs, variance bridges, and insight narratives for management
• Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboard, ensuring accuracy, automation, and user-friendly visualization
• Support data governance: validation routines, reconciliation between ERP, HRMS, WFM, payroll, and BI tools
• Develop planning templates, productivity tools, and financial models to improve business decisions
• Partner with operations, FBP teams, and commercial to align financial result, validate assumptions, and support scenario modelling
• Lead or support transformation initiatives including:
  • digital finance automation
  • Power BI enhancements/new dashboard development
  • system integration (Navision, Hashmicro, HRMS, payroll)
• Resolve data issues, system error, or logic inconsistencies in coordination with IT and users
• Support internal and external audits through accurate data extraction, analysis, and documentation
• Train internal stakeholders on dashboard usage, templates, and financial process
