Finance Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong knowledge of PSAK, taxation, and corporate cash flow management.

Proven experience in financial reporting and financial analysis.

Familiar with ERP or accounting systems (Accurate, SAP, Odoo, Oracle).

Understanding of internal and external audit processes.

• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, basic financial modeling).
• Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
• Detail-oriented, honest, and high integrity.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow.
• Develop cash flow management strategies to maintain company liquidity.
• Ensure accounting records comply with PSAK.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Ensure tax compliance (VAT, Income Tax, e-Faktur, Monthly & Annual Tax Returns).
• Coordinate with tax consultants or external auditors.

• Develop financial SOPs and internal control systems.
• Conduct internal audits to prevent fraud and inefficiencies.

• Ensure effective billing, collection, and payment processes.
• Prepare reports and reduce outstanding accounts receivable.
• Manage credit facilities, banking relationships, and vendor negotiations.
• Develop team skills and ensure optimal performance.
