- Lead accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including year-end reporting in compliance with PSAK and general ledger integrity
- Manage manufacturing costing (material, labor, overhead), BOM costing, variance analysis, and costing simulations to support margin and efficiency improvements
- Oversee inventory accounting (RM, WIP, FG), fixed asset capitalization, depreciation, reconciliation, and physical vs system accuracy
- Supervise AP/AR operations, ensure strong internal controls, and support healthy cash flow planning
- Support consolidated reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and provide financial insights for management decision-making
- Coordinate VAT, CIT, and withholding tax processes with Tax Manager and support tax audits and reconciliations
- Manage audit readiness, strengthen internal controls, improve finance SOPs, and ensure regulatory and system compliance
