Senior Finance Officer (Lead)

We are looking for a highly capable Senior Finance Officer (Lead) to oversee and drive the company’s financial operations. This role goes beyond daily accounting tasks — you will lead the finance function, ensure financial integrity, maintain compliance, and support strategic decision‑making in a dynamic & fast‑paced environment. If you are experienced, detail‑oriented, and ready to take full ownership of financial governance and audit readiness, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee end‑to‑end finance & accounting operations
  • Supervise and guide finance team members
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Manage general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations
  • Oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting
  • Ensure accurate and timely AP/AR processes
  • Take full ownership of financial recording using MYOB Accounting System
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
  • Preparing supporting documents and schedules
  • Coordinating with auditors
  • Ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data
  • Strengthen internal control systems and continuously improve financial processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
  • Experience in handling and preparing for external/internal audits
  • Strong hands‑on experience using MYOB Accounting System
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
  • Experience leading or supervising finance staff
  • High integrity, detail‑oriented, and strong analytical thinking
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis
