About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Planning and Controller to join our team eya Sewu Indonesia, Tbk in Tangerang Banten. This is a full‑time position that will play a critical role in overseeing the financial planning and controlling functions of the business.

• Developing and implementing financial plans and budgets to support the company's strategic objectives.
• Preparing regular financial reports and analyses to track performance against targets.
• Providing guidance and recommendations to the leadership team on financial decision‑making.
• Ensuring the company's financial processes and controls are effective and compliant with regulations.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
• Overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the company's financial systems and procedures.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in financial planning, controlling, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Proficient in financial modelling and data analysis using tools like Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience in the Accounting and Analysis & Reporting industry.
