Loan Operational Officer

Responsibilities

• Process loan disbursement, booking, and settlement in accordance with approved credit decisions and SOP
• Manage loan administration and ensure the completeness and accuracy of credit documents
• Monitor active loan portfolios and credit facility data
• Handle safe keeping of credit and collateral documents
• Prepare and submit periodic loan operational reports
• Ensure loan processes are conducted accurately, timely, and in line with SLA
• Support internal and external audit activities
• Coordinate with related units to ensure smooth loan operations.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Management, Economics, Banking, or other relevant fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in loan/credit operations (preferably in banking or financial institutions)
• Proficient in using computers and banking applications
• Strong administrative and document management skills
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, communicative, responsible, and eager to learn.
