Responsibilities

Support and schedule daily operations responsible for various administrative management tasks.

Monitoring and managing daily financial transactions, including payments and receipts.

Control and monitor all finance processes.

Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.

Support the preparation of financial reports and analysis for management.

Handle Manager's daily business needs. Assist with reviewing expenses, records etc., as assigned.

Prepare & Report Income Tax Article 21, 22,23, 15, 4(2), VAT etc.

Process Journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.

Assist in processing balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements in accordance with laws and company accounting and financial guidelines. (Prepare and analyze financial statements) Other temporary assignments.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent, GPA min 3.00.

Preferably have two year of experience as Finance.

Good communication in English is a must, Verbal and Written.

MANDARIN is a plus. Have Brevet A, B & C Certificate Have Knowledge of Tax in Indonesia Have GOOD personal skills and attention to detail.

Have good analytical thinking, & strong ability to analyze problems and offer practical solutions.

Excellent computer and administrative skills (Microsoft Office or related programs).

Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
