This role involves assisting with tax calculations and compliance analysis for various types of taxes including income tax, VAT, and other tax obligations.
Key responsibilities- Assist in calculating tax obligations for various types of taxes, such as income tax, VAT, and other taxes
- Conduct analysis to ensure compliance with tax regulations and identify potential tax savings
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Economics, or related field
- Basic knowledge of applicable tax laws and regulations
- Familiarity with tax types, such as PPH 21, PPH 23, PPN, and other taxes
- Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Ability to communicate effectively with team, clients, and third parties
- Writing skills for preparing reports and tax documents
- Internship experience at public accounting firms, tax firms, or finance departments is highly beneficial
- Previous work experience in related positions, even if not directly in the tax field, can be an added value
- Additional education or certification in taxation (such as Brevet A/B) is an added value
- Experience with tax software is an added value
