DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Providing information to customers & non-customers regarding bank products and service
• Providing services to customers related to opening savings, cash deposits, customer transfers, savings accounts, etc.
• Carry out customer due diligence (identification and verification of customer data) in the context of implementing KYC.
• Handle and deal with customer-related complaint
• Carrying out cross selling banking product.

• Minimum bachelor degree (S1) in any major
• Have experience as CS in banking for at least 2 years
• Able to work in a team and individually
• Have good communication skills and like the service sector
• Able to work under pressure.
