- Handling collection bucket di atas 90 hari
- Melakukan proses rekrut eksternal collector sampai dengan registrasi
- Mengevaluasi kinerja eksternal collector yang sudah direkrut
- Pernah bekerja sama dengan profesional Collector (Eksternal)
- Memiliki Sertifikasi Penagihan menjadi nilai plus
- Sudah melakukan vaksin minimal Dosis 1
Gaji Pokok sesuai UMP/UMK (untuk staff) dan di atas UMP/UMK (untuk Management Trainee). Insentif (untuk posisi dengan target bulanan). Jenjang karir yang jelas. Training berkurikulum (Lulusan Baru / Fresh Graduate).
