Regulatory Affairs (BPOM & HALAL) Vitamins – Manage BPOM registration for vitamins, supplements, and cosmetic/skincare products

Prepare, review, and submit regulatory dossiers to BPOM

Handle Halal Certification registration and ensure product compliance with halal requirements.

Support and manage import/export regulatory processes
.

Review product formulations, ingredients, claims, and labeling to ensure compliance.

Coordinate with R&D, Marketing, Manufacturers/Maklon
, and external parties.

Monitor regulatory updates and ensure ongoing product compliance.

Support audits, responses, and regulatory inquiries from authorities.

• Manage BPOM registration for vitamins, supplements, and cosmetic/skincare products.
• Prepare, review, and submit regulatory dossiers to BPOM.
• Handle Halal Certification registration and ensure halal compliance.
• Support and manage import/export regulatory processes.
• Review formulations, ingredients, claims, and labeling for compliance.
• Coordinate with R&D, Marketing, Manufacturers/Maklon, and external parties.
• Monitor regulatory updates and maintain ongoing compliance.
• Support audits, responses, and regulatory inquiries from authorities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, or equivalent.
• 1 - 2 years experience in BPOM/HALAL Supplements/Vitamins in cosmetics/bodycare is a plus.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong knowledge of BPOM registration, Halal Certification process, and import/export regulations.
• Good understanding of cosmetics and skincare ingredients.
• Detail-oriented, fast learner, able to multitask, work well under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to independently manage Halal Certification processes.
