Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiographer to join our healthcare team in Ciujung, Indonesia. In this role, you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, image quality, and compliance with radiation safety standards.
Responsibilities- Perform X-ray and other diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with clinical protocols.
- Position patients correctly to obtain high-quality diagnostic images while minimizing radiation exposure.
- Operate, maintain, and perform basic quality checks on radiology equipment.
- Prepare and educate patients before imaging procedures.
- Maintain accurate imaging records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety regulations and infection control standards.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Minimum Diploma III (D3) in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging, or a related field.
- Valid Indonesian Radiographer Registration Certificate (STR).
- Previous experience in a hospital or diagnostic imaging center is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures, radiation safety, and imaging protocols.
- Proficiency in operating diagnostic imaging equipment and radiology information systems (RIS/PACS).
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
