As we expand, we’re looking for an energetic HR Specialist who will help build and support a motivated, high‑performing team across our venues.
Role SummaryThe HR Executive will assist in day‑to‑day HR operations including recruitment, attendance management, payroll coordination, employee engagement and compliance. This position is ideal for a proactive HR professional who enjoys working closely with people and thrives in a dynamic, sports‑centered workplace.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding- Support the end‑to‑end hiring process for operational and administrative roles (e.g., court staff, receptionists, trainers, café crew).
- Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Prepare employment contracts and coordinate new‑hire onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain accurate employee data, contracts, attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with Finance for monthly payroll, BPJS and tax administration.
- Ensure all staff comply with company policies and local labor laws.
- Support initiatives that promote a positive work environment and team spirit.
- Assist in planning internal events (team building, tournaments, staff appreciation).
- Serve as a point of contact for HR‑related inquiries from employees.
- Assist in tracking probation periods, performance review schedules and KPIs.
- Coordinate basic training sessions (e.g., customer service, safety, hygiene).
- Support management in implementing HR improvement programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and BPJS regulations.
- Help prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.) for management review.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2‑4 years of HR experience (preferably in hospitality, retail or sports‑related business).
- Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude and passion for sports, wellness or an active lifestyle are a big plus.
- People‑oriented, friendly and approachable.
- Detail‑oriented with good administrative discipline.
- Able to multitask and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
- Team player who enjoys supporting both management and front‑line staff.
