F&B HRD Manager

Education

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.

Min. 4–6 years in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role; F&B or retail experience preferred.

Experienced in the F&B industry is preferred.

• Strong leadership and people management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Hands‑on knowledge of labor regulations and HR tools.
• Comfortable balancing fieldwork (visiting outlets) and office work.

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for store and office roles, with tailored strategies per outlet type.
• Develop structured onboarding and orientation programs.
• Act as a trusted HR partner for all staff, from baristas to supervisors and head office teams.
• Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture and values across outlets.
• Implement and monitor performance appraisals (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
• Build leadership readiness, especially for outlet leaders and new joiners.
• Maintain and improve SOPs related to HR processes and documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance for manpower planning and budgeting.
• Monitor turnover rates and workforce stability at each outlet type.
• Support expansion plans with timely talent acquisition and HR readiness.
