• Define and own the roadmap for products under the R&D team’s responsibility.
• Develop a long-term product vision and strategy focused on innovation and usability.
• Collaborate with the Research Principal and the Engineering Manager to align product development with research direction.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration between engineers, designers, researchers, and other stakeholders in the R&D team.
• Act as a communication bridge between technical teams and business units.
• Provide direction on product priorities, scoping, and feature iterations based on insights from the Head of R&D, SMEs, and internal analysis.
• Evaluate product progress and readiness based on user needs, strategic fit, and technical feasibility.
• Report regularly on research progress and implementation status to senior leadership.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role.
• Experience supervising cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Agile environments and digital product development.
• Deep understanding of digital product development, UX principles, and secure design.
• Ability to balance technical, business, and user experience considerations.
• Familiarity with frontend development technologies and design systems.
• Knowledge of secure software development practices.
• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Asana).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinking and decision-making.
• Ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
