As a Strategy & Innovation Consultant, you will be at the forefront of solving complex business challenges across various industries, working closely with experienced consultants and senior leaders to identify growth opportunities, test ideas rapidly, and help bring digital and AI‑enabled solutions to life.

• Lead individual work streams from problem diagnosis to recommendation and implementation.
• Conduct on‑the‑ground research, stakeholder interviews, and data‑driven analysis.
• Develop business cases and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
• Design simple, scalable solutions that link insight to execution beyond just presentations.
• Facilitate workshops and co‑creation sessions with business stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with technology, product, and operations teams to prototype and scale impactful solutions.
• Contribute to the growth and internal development of the consulting team.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, product management, digital transformation, or tech‑driven projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
